SEMCOG's condominium units layer contains a point located at the centroid of the building footprint in which the condominium record is physically located. The attributes of the indiviudal condo records are used for geocoding purposes and in synthesizing base year households in SEMCOG's long range development forecast. Condominium attributes are summarized by building to provide building attributes for attached condo structures.
